Flambe Trolley FAQs

  • Flambé trolleys were traditionally used to serve flambéd dishes at the table (Crêpes Suzette for example). This has now extended to all sorts of dishes. Some of our customers use their flambé trolley for steaks, stir frying as well as all different types of desserts. 

  • Our flambé trolleys are completely portable. There is a cupboard which houses a small gas bottle. This then powers the stove allowing flambé work to be carried out wherever it suits you ! 

     
     
     

  • A flambé trolley is a service trolley which incorporates a heating unit (usually a burner) to allow for spectacular service at the table!
