Orders

All orders should be placed in writing and approved by an authorised signatory.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at time of despatch. All prices are for single items unless otherwise stated. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. List price does not include Value Added Tax

Settlement terms

All orders are payable with order as items are bespoke unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing.

Liability of the Company

The company shall not be under any liability whatsoever in the event of failure for any reason to accept or deliver on the due date orders whether in whole or part. Without prejudice to the foregoing, however, every effort will be made to deliver goods on the due date.

Delivery Terms UK

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery, or fails to provide any instructions or authorisations required to enable Goods to be delivered on time there may be a surcharge.

Return of Goods

Good will not be accepted for return without the company's written approval. If goods are returned for any reason other than faulty merchandise or delivery of the wrong quantity or type goods, a handling charge of 35% of the original invoice price will be made. Goods must be returned carriage paid at the customers risk.

Damage, Loss or Non-Delivery

Notice must be given to the carrier and the company in writing (other than on the carriers delivery note) within the following time limits.

a. Damage or partial loss or non-delivery of any part of a consignment. In the case of damage or partial loss the packaging and contents must be retained for inspection and damage reported upon receipt of goods.
b. Non-delivery of the whole consignment within 5 days of the date of despatch shown on of the invoice. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to the purchaser upon delivery. Once goods have been ‘signed in good condition’ no damage or non-delivery claims can be accepted.

Minimum Orders

Orders will only be accepted at the company's discretion. Designs and Specifications The company reserves the right to modify without notice the designs and specifications of and the materials used in any of its products. Dimensions are approximate and for general guidance only.

Special Designs

Special designs and bespoke item are non-returnable. If we are working to customer design our own warranty may not apply.

Proper Law

All contracts with the company shall be governed by English Law and any dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate court.

Title of Goods

The title to goods shall not pass to the customer until payment of the invoice price. In the case of non-payment the company shall be entitled to repossess or trace the goods or the proceeds of sale to the customers' hands or the hands of any liquidate or receiver. The risk in goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

General

These conditions of Sale will apply to all acceptance of orders by the company to the exclusion of any other conditions, unless and to the extent otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the company. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and that of the Customer, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
